We are the Year 3/4 children at Auckland Point School. We have recently moved into Nelson Room, which is a large room so we have heaps of space. Auckland Point is a small school, where every teacher know your name. Our school is situated near Port Nelson and it is close to the city. ehind our school is Matangi Awhio and our school was the site of a Maori fishing camp.We visit Elma Turner Library regularly, it is a quick walk around the river bank.

Wow, you guys look so cool in your olden days outfits!
I teach Room 9 at Nelson Central and we also got to go to the Unpicking the Past exhibition at the Museum. We learnt so much!
Aren't you a smart bunch of kids (and teacher) for sharing all your learning with others on your blog!
I'm sure my class would love to see what you are up to!
From Rachel, teacher of Room 9 @ Nelson Central School :)
